Bunka.be ("Bunka", "we", "us") provides a collection of free, single-file tools that run in your web browser. This policy explains — in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — how personal data is (not) involved when you use this site. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data about visitors or users of this site. There is no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no server-side database.
Every tool on this site is a single HTML file that runs entirely inside your own browser. Any data you create or open while using a tool (documents, settings, files) stays on your device, saved locally via your browser's localStorage or IndexedDB. Nothing is transmitted to Bunka or to any server we control.

Some tools load open-source JavaScript libraries (e.g. pdf.js, Tesseract.js, transformers.js) from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs) so the tool can function. When your browser loads one of these files, the CDN provider technically receives standard web request information (such as your IP address), the same as when visiting any website. Bunka does not receive, request, or use this information. Refer to each CDN provider's own policy for how they handle such request logs.
Like virtually any website, the infrastructure hosting bunka.be may automatically record basic technical connection information (such as IP address, date/time, and requested page) for security and operational purposes. Bunka does not use such logs for tracking, profiling, or marketing, and does not combine them with any other information.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or export. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us at mijn.favoriete.tooltjes@bunka.be and we will assist you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Belgium this is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données (APD/GBA), contact.apd@apd-gba.be.
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children — because it does not collect data at all.
